Last year was a really challenging year for us but this year, we know we can only do better.

Over the course of the past several months, we have been strategising and planning, working on the future and the next big thing for laundry and dry cleaning in Zimbabwe. We have engaged a lot of you, our valued clients and heard your views and you have shared with us ideas on what we could do to bring you better service and quality and improve your overall experience. Everything you have told us, we have noted it all down and we have brought it to the table and in the next few months, we hope to bring you some new and exciting changes in the way we do business with you.

Recently, we re-introduced our Pick ‘N’ Drop service under the Tip Top Dry Cleaners brand. Free from anywhere in the Harare Central Business District, our Pick & Drop Service save you time and money and provide you peace of mind as you go about your work. We accept payment via EcoCash and a Swipe machine can be made available on request before pick-ups. This service runs throughout the day between 8AM and 5PM and for same-day services on selected items, orders must be in before 8.30AM. Pick up requests can also be done via e-mail.

For Chitungwiza Town we have something special just for you as well. Previously we were only serving our Flash branch at Chitungwiza on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays but we now also do deliveries on Tuesdays on special request. We are also now servicing Westgate Flash Dry Cleaners on a daily basis and even deliveries on Saturday.

Our main line 08644 107526 is now available on Whatsapp and open for receiving enquiries, complaints, and general feedback on weekdays from 8AM to 5PM. We do make sure to respond within 30 minutes and we will see how best to improve this frequency especially for urgent requests.

Other than the above, we do hope you have enjoyed the first quarter of this year and we do hope to share many happy returns with you for the remainder of the year.
